NWI Parade of Homes

The 2015 HBA Fall NWI Parade of Homes sponsored local St. John  business, Schilling, is going to be happening at one of our very own St. John communities this September month. Come visit The Gates of St. John to see 8 beautiful homes that have been completed and styled to create a unique and modern appearance to inspire you for when you build your home or maybe even convince you to purchase that specific home! The event will be happening from September 19th to September 17th. Tickets for the Fall NWI Parade of Homes will be $7 at the gate, $5 online, and free admission for kids 17 and under. The Parade of Homes will be having access allowed from 4pm-8pm on weekdays and from 12pm-6pm on weekends.

The annual NWI Parade of Homes offers a great opportunity for prospective home buyers, or even possible home builders, to come and get a great idea of what styles to look for in your new home purchase. You can come and view some of the most modern and up to date products being used and even ask the builders of each home why they chose those products or why they went with certain colors and style selections. The Parade of Homes is more than just a home tour, it is a chance to get inspired and find the ideas needed to get your dream home found at a location and community that fits your daily needs as well.
